Casa Las Mil Palmeras is in Fataga, a picturesque village in one of the prettiest valleys on the island, known as the “Valle de las Mil Palmeras” (“the valley of a thousand palm trees”). Although located in the centre of this authentic Canarian village, the house maintains its peacefulness and privacy.
Casa Las Mil Palmeras was built in 1984 by a couple from Fataga. They respected the traditional architecture and building materials, as required by local legislation in order to protect this beautiful area. The owner likes to maintain a warm friendly atmosphere in the house, as if the family still lived there. The decoration and the owner’s attention to detail make visitors feel at home as soon as they enter the house.
Today Casa Las Mil Palmeras consists a main building with three bedrooms, and two apartments with one bedroom each. There are shared spaces such as the swimming pool with a barbecue area and a restful garden. Guests can also have breakfast or enjoy a barbecue on the rooftop terrace, with its excellent views over Fataga.
The rooms in the main building are also rented out individually for up to 2 people. Guests share the kitchen and living-dining room.
Casa Las Mil Palmeras has a refreshing saltwater swimming pool and a stone waterfall, which cools the space and creates a relaxing and harmonious atmosphere.
We also offer other services by request and with a supplement:
- Transfer to the airport.
- Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services.
- Room service.
- Buffet breakfast and meals with typical Canarian dishes.
The house is on a ground floor and is spacious, making it suitable for people with disabilities.
